All return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be shared. Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping charges will be covered by us.
- If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may not be refundable.
